At Aventuras Club we are happy to anounce our Try Before You Buy program which is designed for people interested in purchasing a Luxury Fractional Private Residential Club property in the Riviera Maya.

Program Rules:
To participate in the program you must be married; 30 years of age or older; fully employed or retired and have an annual household income greater than $100,000 USD.
You will travel to Puerto Aventuras (at your expense) and stay at one of the Aventuras Club resorts for up to 4 nights (midweek) or 3 nights (weekend). The cost of your accommodations is $120 USD per night for a two bedroom villa (standard price $275) or $150 USD per night for a three bedroom villa (standard price $350). A maximum of 6 people allowed in a two bedroom villa and 8 people in a three bedroom villa.
You are aware that it is a necessary requirement that you be present for an Aventuras Club presentation that may take up to 2 or more hours. This presentation is educational in nature and will allow you to understand our mission and the Aventuras Club Lifestyle.
If during your visit you purchase a fractional interest in the Aventuras Club resorts, your accommodation expenses at Aventuras Club and up to a total amount of $1,000 USD of your travel expenses will be deducted from your purchase.
This form must be completely filled out to be considered for our "Try Before You Buy" promotion. There is a limited supply of villas at this promotional price and they are available on a first come ? first serve basis. The villas cannot be reserved more than 45 days prior to your visit. Your reserved villa must be paid in full with a major credit card before receiving a confirmed reservation. If you do not participate in the presentation Aventuras Club will charge your credit card an additional $250 USD per night for your visit.
