Aventuras Club - Marina overlooks the clear waters of the marina. Each of the nineteen villas feature a balcony with a view of the marina and its many boats.
This four story building with an elevator is only a short walk from the many shops and restaurants of Puerto Aventuras. It is in the preliminary stages of construction.

This Google Map shows the satellite view of the marina villas right at the center. The villas are 100% finished by now (Jan 2009), but the satellite picture is some months old, so they building appears under construction. You can zoom out and navigate the extroardinary Puerto Aventuras, it's marina, beaches, golf course and more.
